Ratna Ling climate, though mostly moderate, can change rapidly. Though rarely below freezing, winter weather can be quite chilly, windy and rainy (November – April) with temperatures in the 40’s and 50's. Please bring clothes that are sturdy, comfortable and warm as well as good rain gear.
Summers, on the other hand tend to be dry and warm, during the days (85-100 degrees) and then cool down in the evenings (50 - 60 degrees). Hot days are often followed by a few days of marine layer fog that will drop the daytime temperature by 20 degrees. You will need appropriate clothing for the daytime and a light jacket for evenings.
